All Purpose White Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

Recipe

Butter: 20 Gms

Garlic: 2-6 Flakes

Chilies: To Taste

Onion: 30 Gms

Milk: 500 Ml

Flour: 2 Tbsp (20 Gms)

Salt: To Taste

Pepper Powder: 1 Tsp

Sugar: 1 Tsp

Nutmeg Powder: Pinch

Cheese: 30 Gms

Preparation

1 Heat butter, add chopped garlic, sauté and add chopped chilies and onions.

2 Saute for 2 minutes and add in cold milk mixed with flour.

3 Cring to simmer, stirring all the time, then add salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg and cheese.

4 Mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

5 Use your imagination to use this sauce in different ways.
