Chicken Malai Tikka
Malai Tikka Marination: 1.5 Cups(https://youtu.be/YthfQ-d-rtU)
Boneless Chicken: 300 Gms
Onion: 30 Gms
Bell Pepper: 50 Gms
Wooden Skewers: 6
Butter: 25 Gms
Cream: 2 Tbsp
Chaat Masala: 1-2 Tbsp
1 In a bowl add the malai tikka marination (https://youtu.be/YthfQ-d-rtU ), add in boneless small pieces of chicken, dices of onions and bell pepper, mix and marinate for at least 6 hours.
2 Keep wooden skewers soaked in water for 1 hour and then skewer the chicken pieces and vegetable dices alternately.
3 Brush the grill pan with oil and grill the tikkas on all sides till tikkas are cooked and char grill marks are seen all over.
4 Just before removing the tikka skewers from the pan brush them with a mixture of melted butter and cream, sprinkle chaat masala over the tikkas and serve with onion kachumber.
