Corn Spinach Pasta
Ingredients
Recipe
Oil: 1 Tbsp
Garlic: 1 Tbsp
Chilies: 2-3
Onions: 1 Medium
Spinach: 500 Gms
Corn: 1/2 Cup
Chili Flakes: 1 Tsp
Mix Herbs: 1 Tsp
Penne: 75 Gms
White Pasta Sauce: 2.5 Cups
Salt: To Taste
Cheese: 30 Gms
Parsley: 1 Tbsp
Preparation
1 Heat oil and add chopped garlic, sauté and add chopped chilies and onions, sauté for 2 minutes.
2 Add lightly steamed and chopped spinach and the corn.
3 Mix and add chili flakes, herbs, boiled pasta and salt.
4 Mix and simmer for 2 minutes, served topped with grated cheese, chopped coriander or parsley and chili flakes.
5 Enjoy!
