Curry Corn


Recipe Serves 2-3

Oil: 2 Tbsp

Jeera: 1 Tsp

Garlic: 8-10 Flakes

Onions: 1 Medium

Green Chilies: 2-3

Haldi: 1 Tsp

Coconut Milk: 500 Ml

Curry Powder/Garam Masala Powder: 1 Tbsp

Spring Onions: 3-4 Tbsp

Coriander Leaves

Lime Juice: 1 Tsp

Tomatoes: 1 Large

Fresh Corn Cobs: 2


1 Heat oil, add jeera, garlic and chopped onions, sauté for 2-3 minutes on low to medium heat.

2 Then add chillies, turmeric and coconut milk, bring to boil and add the garam masala powder.

3 Simmer and add chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.

4 Then add the lime juice, chopped tomatoes and roasted and cut corn pieces, mix the coconut sauce all over, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

5 When the sauce is almost half absorbed, serve with rice as a side dish.
