Keema Chollay Kulcha Panini

Ingredients

Recipe Serves 1

Bread Kulcha: 2

Chutney Mayonnaise: 3-4 Tbsp

Dry Keema Chollay: 3/4 Cup

Chaat Masala: 1 Tsp

Onions: 1 Medium

Coriander: Few

Cheese: 40-50 Gms

Butter: 25 Gms

Fries: To Serve

Preparation

1 Spread chutney mayonnaise on the inside of both bread kulchas.

2 Spread the dry keema chollay (https://youtu.be/BIpWu51WAZM) on one kulcha, sprinkle chaat masala, chopped onions and hara dhania, grate a layer of cheese, keep the second kulcha on top.

3 Apply butter on both sides of the kulcha and grill on both sides till crisp and done, serve with fries and salad.
