Malai Tikka Marination



Thick Dahi: 50 Gms

Cream: 25 Gms

Cheese: 25 Gms

Kaju Paste: 15 gms

Ginger Garlic Paste: 1.5 Tsp

Green Chili: 2-3

Hara Dhania: 2 Tbsp

Cardamom Powder: 1 Tsp

White Pepper Powder: 2 Tsp

Kasoori Methi: 2 Tsp

Chili Powder: 1 Tsp

Jeera Powder: 1 Tsp

Garam Masala Powder: 1 Tsp

Powder Sugar: 1 Tbsp

Cornflour: 1.5 Tbsp

Salt: To Taste

Oil: 2 Tbsp

Lime Juice: 2 Tsp


1 Mix all ingredients together with a whisk, use immediately for best taste.

2 Marination can be stored refrigerated for up to 4-5 days.

3 Use this marination for chicken, fish, mutton, paneer or veg tikkas.
