Masala Butter Chicken

Ingredients

Recipe Serves 2-3

Oil: 2 Tbsp

Jeera: 1 Tsp

Onions: 1 Medium

Ginger Garlic Paste: 1/2 Tbsp

Chili Powder: 1-2 Tsp

Dhania Powder: 2 Tsp

Garam Masala Powder: 1 Tsp

Tomato: 1 Medium

Red Gravy: 2.5 Cups

Tandoori Chicken: 1/2 Chicken

Salt: To Taste

Hara Dhania: 4 Tbsp

Cream: 3-4 Tbsp

Kasoori Methi: 1 Tbsp

Butter: 20 Gms

Preparation

1 Heat oil, add jeera, chopped onions and ginger garlic paste, sauté.

2 Add all 3 powder masalas, sauté and add the chopped tomatoes, sauté, cover and cook the masalas and tomatoes for about 5 minutes.

3 Then add the basic red gravy and tandoori chicken pieces (https://chefsunil.com/tandoori-chicken/) , mix and cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

4 Add salt, chopped hara dhania, cream, kasoori methi and butter, mix, simmer for 1 minute and serve hot garnished with cream and hara dhania.
